Ms. Naseem Rahim

Ms. Rahim's dedication to education is widely recognized. She was honored with the Lokmat Global Excellence Award for Education, and under her leadership, Stepping Stones High School was featured among "10 Most Promising CBSE Schools In Maharashtra - 2023" by Siliconindia, highlighting her significant impact on the educational landscape.
We're especially grateful to Ms. Naseem Rahim for her pivotal role in the very conception of OutBeyond. She was the first to believe in the power of adventure-based learning camps, entrusting us with 23 of her students for OutBeyond’s inaugural camp in the Himalayas in 2016. She helped us overcome the initial hurdles, and her continued trust and support remain vital to OutBeyond. Thank you, Ms. Naseem Rahim, for making OutBeyond a reality and constantly nurturing our growth. Without you, there would be no OutBeyond.
Mr. Deepak Kothari
Mr. Deepak Kothari's connection with OutBeyond spans almost 7 years. Initially, he "tried and tested" us, and once he witnessed the positive impact our camps had on his students, he made our Adventure-Based Learning Experience (ABLE) camps almost a part of the school curriculum!
One particular incident is etched in OutBeyond’s history as a moment of challenge that highlighted his unwavering support. We faced a crisis when a vendor agency let us down at the last moment. Mr. Kothari stood by us like a rock, an integral part of our team, while we worked to find a solution. He then went above and beyond, offering us an extra camp to help cover a portion of our loss. Thank you, Deepak Kothari ji, for your steadfast partnership.
Mrs. Swati Koyate
Managing Trustee, Samata International School, Kopargaon
Mrs. Koyate’s achievement is phenomenal: she established an international-level school in a semi-rural area, seemingly in the middle of nowhere! We've had the pleasure of undertaking several very satisfying ABLE camps for Samata International School (SIS).
Perhaps this is a direct result of SIS’s ethos, which, in Mrs. Koyate's own words, is: "We at SIS, offer research-based curriculum & experiential learning to students to enhance their perception. In my view, the most important task of education is to produce enlightened citizens having a human touch and dedication to the cause of the nation and society at large." Mr. Agnel Sylvester D’Cunha

OutBeyond’s association with Mr. Agnel D’Cunha dates back many years, even before he joined River Dale and rose to become its Principal. His potential was always clear, and he truly embodies what a gentleman should be.

Principal Jaiswal endorsed the work of OutBeyond and our Adventure Based Learning Experience. She gave the students the opportunity of an uplifting camp at Wadgaon Dam. When the participants returned from the camp, they gave OutBeyond a rating of 4.5 Stars out of 5.

M78 – The Alumni of 1978
M78 is the name of a group of enthusiastic people who are perpetually young at heart! It’s an alumni association of classmates of SBRR Mahajana Jr College, Mysore, batch of 1978. Udayan is one of them!
M78 gathered after 42 years in Mysore on 12th January 2019 and then went on a trek to the Tirthan Valley with OutBeyond. Thirty-three people gathered in the pristine valley for an adventure of a lifetime. The association didn’t end there — M78 also supported the creation of this very website. Ankit and Panki Sood
Sunshine Himalayas
Ankit Sood, a Principal Consultant in tourism marketing and sustainable adventure tourism, has been instrumental in shaping responsible Himalayan experiences alongside OutBeyond. Panki Sood, as Ground Operations Manager at Sunshine Himalayan Cottages, brings a deeply rooted commitment to sustainable tourism and community engagement in the Tirthan Valley.
Their websites — Sunshine Himalayan Cottages and Sunshine Himalayan Adventures — showcase their ongoing work in sustainable tourism and educational outreach. We are deeply grateful to Ankit & Panki for being both the logistical backbone and caring guides for our Himalayan adventures.
Anil Dhobe and Team Sahas
Anil Dhobe, affectionately known as "Anil Babu" or just "Babuji," isn't as old as you might think! He's an integral part of Mundle Enterprises, having started his first job there almost three decades ago.
Anil Babu is the man at "Sahas the Camp," a unique campsite located 42 km from Nagpur, where we host most of our camps. He provides awe-inspiring service, meticulously arranging everything for the OutBeyond ABLE camps for school students.
Whenever OutBeyond has a camp, Anil Babu and the incredible Team Sahas, efficiently led by Gautam Jha, personally oversee every detail. From accommodation, activity setup, and incomparable food to ensuring safety, security, and attending to students' special needs – their dedication covers it all. Thank you, Anil Babu and Team Sahas, for always being a valued part of OutBeyond.
Mayank Jadav
This list wouldn't be complete without mentioning Mayank Jadav. He was with OutBeyond from our very first camp in May 2017. As Executive Operations, he managed everything from pitching camps to clients to overseeing operations at all locations.
OutBeyond expresses immense gratitude to Mayank for being an unwavering pillar of our organization and a dependable member of my family. In addition, To his responsibility to the team at OutBeyond, He now parallelly undertakes Camps at locations where we do not Operate. OutBeyond and my family always wish him the very best.
Anurag Dubey
Anurag Dubey, from Unisoft Technologies a supercharged young man, recently joined OutBeyond through a fortunate, circuitous route. A B.Tech. student, we're confident he'll become an exceptional engineer.
Anurag Dubey is the talent behind OutBeyond's savvy website – he designed, coded, and uploaded it. He's dedicated, self-motivated, technically sound, and has a great sense of aesthetics. Beyond his skills, he's also incredibly responsible and generous in helping out. We are certain that OutBeyond's association with Anurag will go far and high.

This feisty young lady took on the task of digitizing years of data and analyzing it to provide us with vital information. She approached this assignment with remarkable patience, accuracy, dedication, and sincerity.

OutBeyond is incredibly privileged to have a remarkable group of close family and friends who travel with us! Mostly over 60 in age, but their youthful energy and spirit are inspiring.
We first explored the pristine Tirthan Valley, trekking to breathtaking vistas and remote villages. Having tasted the adrenaline, we covered the surreal Spiti Valley circuit on a road trip, achieving altitudes over 15,000 feet!
This dedicated group consistently challenges limits, finding new meaning in each journey. Their continued trust in OutBeyond, choosing us for multiple tours, is a testament to the unique, enriching adventures we specialise in, especially for senior adventurers.
